How do I select a product?

Step 1: Select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping basket
Step 2: View your Shopping Basket at any time to check items, quantities and prices
Step 3: When you have completed your selection complete the Check Out process

How do I view my shopping basket?

You can view your basket by clicking the shopping basket link, found on the top right-hand corner of every page within the website.

How do I add items to my shopping basket?

If you have found the product you wish to buy through a search results page, click the 'Add to Basket' icon to add it to your basket. If you are viewing an individual product detail page, enter the quantity in the buy field and click the 'Add to Basket' icon. You will then see that the item has been added to your basket.

What are order minimums and multiples?

There is no minimum value amount set on orders for pickup. However, for free delivery within Nairobi there is a Kshs 2,000 minimum order.

I need a particular item but can't find it on the website?

If you can't find the item you are looking for online, please email us on support@mydolphin.co.ke or (0733) 682-339 and a member of our customer service team will contact you with price and availability.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Currently we do not accept payments via credit cards. We accept payments via cash, M-Pesa, bank transfer or bankers cheque.

How do I open a corporate account with credit terms?

Please contact us at support@mydolphin.co.ke or (0733) 682-339 and we can connect you with an Account Manager and get you setup.

What type of order confirmation will I receive?

We will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided to us. The order confirmation will contain the order number and a list of the items you have purchased along with prices and quantities.

How do I know my order has been submitted correctly?

You will be able to see our order confirmation page online after you submit your order. Shortly after that you will also receive the same confirmation by email.

I submitted an order with an error, how do I amend it?

If you notice an error on your order once it has been submitted, please call us at (0733) 682-339.

It may not be possible to amend your order if it has already been dispatched, however by contacting us as soon as possible we can try amend it.

How am I able to avoid paying VAT on my purchases?

All purchases will include VAT unless the customer has a VAT exemption certificate. Please contact us at support@mydolphin.co.ke or (0733) 682-339 for any VAT exemption questions.
